摘 要:如何解决光伏并网漏电流问题是光伏产业发展的关键之一。基于H6桥单相光伏逆变器对其漏电流和控制方法进行了深入研究,建立了准PR控制、滑膜控制及其复合控制策略的模型。通过MATLAB仿真,验证复合控制策略既改善了滑模控制中存在的抖振现象,又很好地补偿了电流过零点畸变现象,同时谐波特性较传统的滑模控制也有很大改善。通过对于逆变器的漏电流状况进行分析,证明H6逆变器可以维持其低漏电流的特性。How to solve the problem of photovoltaic grid connection leakage current is one of the key points in the development of photovoltaic industry.Based on the H6 bridge single-phase photovoltaic inverter,leakage current and control methods were studied in depth,and models were established for quasi-PR control,sliding mode control as well as their composite control strategy.MATLAB simulation verified that the composite control strategy not only improved the vibration in the sliding mode control,but also compensated for current distortion occurring over the zero point.Furthermore,harmonic characteristics were greatly improved as compared to traditional sliding mode control.Analysis of the leakage current condition of the inverter proved that the H6 inverter could maintain its property of low leakage current.
