摘  要:从风电机组整机角度,开展双馈式风电机组高电压穿越技术的研究。首先,对双馈式风电机组的传动链系统、变桨系统和双馈发电机等进行理论建模研究;其次,具体阐述双馈式风电机组的高电压穿越实现技术;最后,利用GH Bleded软件和MATLAB软件各自的优点,对双馈机组高电压穿越性能进行联合仿真研究。结果表明:研究的高电压穿越技术能较好地实现高电压穿越功能;同时,双馈式风电机组具有高电压穿越功能后,在电网扰动故障情况下,还可以减小对机组关键部件造成的载荷。High voltage ride-through technology for DFIG wind turbines was studied from the perspective of a complete wind turbine.Firstly,theoretical research was carried out on the modeling of its drive chain system,variable pitch system and doubly-fed power generator.Secondly,implementation of the high voltage ride-through technology was explained in detail.Finally,united simulation research was completed on its ride-through performance by using advantages of GH Bleded software and MATLAB software.Simulation results indicated that the proposed high voltage ride-through technology could not only realize the intended function,but also reduce the load on the key components of the unit in the case of grid disturbance failure.
