摘  要:本研究探讨了植物生长用的辅助发光二极管(LED)照明对室内集约虾养殖生产、水质和营养动态的影响。试验选择12个1m3带有沉降室和外部生物过滤器的圆形容器,随机分配到3个处理中,3种LED照明处理分别是24h/d照明(T1组)、照明12h/d(T2组)和无LED照明(T3组)。每个容器饲养280只平均初始体重约为1.2g的虾,试验共进行12周。结果 :T1组硝酸盐浓度显著低于T2和T3组(P <0.05)。同时T1组浑浊度较T2和T3组分别降低了30.68%和37.38%(P <0.05)。T3组总悬浮物含量较T1和T2组显著提高了144.51%和79.8%(P <0.05),而T3组挥发性悬浮物含量显著提高了130.35%和174.61%(P <0.05)。T1组每立方产虾量较T2和T3组分别显著提高了34.41%和47.42%(P <0.05),同时料重比显著降低了22.22%和33.33%(P <0.05),T2组存活率较T1组显著降低了22.81%(P <0.05)。T1组生物絮体较T2和T3组粗蛋白质水平分别提高了26.09%和45%(P <0.05),而粗纤维分别提高了58.33%和111.11%(P <0.05)。T1组C18:0脂肪酸含量较T2和T3组分别降低了0.90%和1.20%(P <0.05),T3组C18:2n-6和C18:3n-3脂肪酸含量较T2和T1组分别降低了4.49%和4.53%、12.58%和6.38%(P <0.05),而C22:6n-3脂肪酸分别提高了8.51%和6.07%(P <0.05)。结论 :室内集约虾养殖条件下,全天采用LED补光可以提高虾产量,并对生物絮体和虾的营养特性具有一定改善作用。This study investigated the effects of assisted light-emitting diode(LED)lighting for plant growth on indoor intensive shrimp production,water quality and nutritional dynamics.Twelve 1 m3 round containers with settling Chambers and external biofilters were selected and randomly assigned to three treatments.The three LED lighting treatments were 24 h/d lighting(T1 group),12 h/d lighting(T2 group)and non-led lighting(T3 group).280 shrimp with an average initial weight of about 1.2g were kept in each container for 12 weeks.Results:the nitrate concentration in T1 group was significantly lower than that in T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile,turbidity in T1 group decreased by 30.68%and 37.38%,respectively,compared with that in T2 group and T3 group(P<0.05).Compared with T1 and T2,the total suspended matter content in T3 group was significantly increased by 144.51%and 79.8%(P<0.05),while the volatile suspended matter content in T3 group was increased by 130.35%and 174.61%(P<0.05).Shrimp yield per cubic centimeter in T1 group was 34.41%and 47.42%higher than that in T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05),while feed-weight ratio was significantly reduced by 22.22%and 33.33%(P<0.05).Survival rate in T2 group was significantly reduced by 22.81%compared with T1 group(P<0.05).Compared with T2 group and T3 group,the crude protein level of biological flocs in T1 group increased by 26.09%and 45%respectively(P<0.05),while the crude fiber level increased by 58.33%and 111.11%respectively(P<0.05).The contents of C18:0 fatty acids in T1 group decreased by 0.90%and 1.20%respectively compared with those in T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05);the contents of C18:2n-6 and C18:3n-3 fatty acids in T3 group decreased by 4.49%and 4.53%,12.58%and 6.38%respectively compared with those in T2 and T1 group(s P<0.05);while the contents of C22:6n-3 fatty acids increased by 8.51%and 6.07%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of indoor intensive shrimp breeding,the application of all-day LED supplementary light can improve the yield of shrimp and improve the nu
