河南省地方高等职业院校社会服务能力提升途径探索

摘　　要：当前,河南省地方高等职业院校社会服务能力建设中存在着服务队伍建设、服务品牌打造、科技成果转化、服务对象选择、管理和保障制度制定、服务效率提升等六个方面的问题。对此,应完善评价体系,提高教师职业技能;完善制度机制,激发教师服务动力;促进专业群与产业链精准对接,满足现代产业发展需求;建立多样化社会服务平台,服务行业企业发展;搭建非学历教育培训平台,提升职业培训能力。河南省地方高等职业院校只有充分发挥自身的人力资源优势,推动校企协同创新,提升社会服务能力和服务效率,才能更好地服务区域经济社会发展。This paper makes an empirical research and analysis on the social service ability of local higher vocational colleges in Henan province from six aspects:the construction of service team,the emphasis on brand effect,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the construction of service system,the service object and the development of social economy,and studies the current situation of the social service ability of local higher vocational colleges in Henan province.On the basis of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the strategies of improving the social service ability of local higher vocational colleges,and provides empirical basis for improving the social service ability of local higher vocational colleges.
