摘  要:齿条是超重型岩巷掘进机回转装置中的关键部件,其性能的优劣直接影响回转装置的承载力、抗冲击能力及抗震性,决定了掘进机的安全性、稳定性、可靠性及使用寿命。结合齿条使用性能要求、结构特点和热处理工艺难点,对岩巷掘进机回转装置中的32 mm大模数回转齿条的深层渗碳淬火工艺、组织和畸变控制技术进行了试验研究。结果表明,强渗+扩散的多段渗碳工艺使齿条渗层深度达5. 5 mm,通过工装、工艺控制,齿条弯曲变形量为0. 8~1. 4 mm,并有效控制了硬度及金相组织。Rack is the key component of the rotary device of the overweight roadheader. Its performance directly affects the bearing capacity, impact resistance and seismic resistance of the rotary device, which determines the safety, stability, reliability and service life of the roadheader. The deep carburizing and quenching technology, structure and distortion control technology of the 32 mm large modulus rotary rack in the rotary device of the roadheader are studied in combination with the performance requirements, structural characteristics and technical difficulties of heat treatment. The results show that, by the multi-stage carburizing process with high intensity carburizing and diffusion, the depth of the carburizing layer of the rack is up to 0.5 mm,the bending deformation of rack is 0.8~1.4 mm by process equipment and process control, and the metallographic structure are effectively controlled.
