摘 要:由于耐药菌的增加与新药研发进度的缓慢,需要开发新的抗菌替代物。柠檬醛是一种天然广谱抗菌剂,但其稳定性和适用性欠佳。金属有机框架材料比表面大,其金属离子可抗菌、有机配体官能团丰富。鉴于此,文中采用醋酸锌法合成带有氨基的纳米级金属有机框架材料(IRMOF-3)颗粒,并在其表面接枝柠檬醛(IRMOF-3-C)。傅里叶红外光谱与电喷雾质谱分析表明,柠檬醛与IRMOF-3形成了具有酸响应的席夫碱键。抗菌实验结果显示,和柠檬醛、IRMOF-3相比,IRMOF-3-C对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌和杀菌性能均显著提高,表现出较好的抗菌性与稳定性。There is an urgent need for novel antimicrobial alternatives due to the increasing drug resistant bacteria and the slow development of antibiotics. Citral is a natural broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with poor stability and applicability. Metal organic framework is a porous material synthesized from metal ions and organic building blocks with large specific surface area. The metal ions endow it with antibacterial property, and rich organic ligands allow it for easier functionalization. As a result, nano-sized metal organic framework particles(IRMOF-3) with amino groups were synthesized by zinc acetate method, and the particle surface was grafted with citral(IRMOF-3-C). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry analysis indicates that citral and IRMOF-3 form a Schiff base bond with an acid responsibility. Antibacterial tests show that, as compared with citral and IRMOF-3, IRMOF-3-C can significantly improve the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and exhibits good antibacterial property and stability.
