摘 要:与汽油机和柴油机相比,天然气发动机在动力性和经济性方面有较大的差距。为了改善天然气发动机的动力性和经济性,需要对发动机的参数进行分析以及优化。建立了某型天然气发动机的仿真模型,对发动机动力性和经济性进行了仿真计算。并利用发动机台架性能测试试验结果对仿真模型进行了校核,发现模型最大误差小于5%。在此基础上,分析了发动机部分参数对性能的影响;利用DOE(design of experiment)优化工具,对发动机的压缩比、进气歧管长度以及进气门最大升程凸轮角3个参数进行了联合优化。结果表明:优化后发动机转矩和功率最高提高了1.3%,比油耗减少了1.2%。Compared with the traditional engines,the natural gas engines have large gaps in dynamic and economy. In order to improve the dynamics and economy of natural gas engines,the parameters need to be optimized. A simulation model of a natural gas engine was built,and the dynamics and economy were simulated. The engine bench performance test was carried out and the simulation model was checked. The maximum error of the model was less than 5%. On this basis,the influence of some engine parameters on performance was analyzed. The compression ratio of the engine,the length of the intake manifold and the maximum lift cam angle of the intake valve were jointly optimized by using the DOE( design of experiment) optimization tool. The results show that the torque and power were increased by 1. 3% and the fuel consumption was reduced by 1. 2%.
