摘  要:碱锰电池放电特性的现有研究工作,忽略了低功耗设备的工作电流范围。基于这一现状,通过实际测量研究了碱锰电池的小电流放电特性。结果表明,小电流放电特性与大电流放电特性有着显著的区别:小电流放电的电压-时间关系曲线虽然变化较慢,但电压波动较大。这说明在小电流放电过程中,松弛效应并不只在放电停止时出现,在放电过程中也会出现。在电压进入0.7~0.8 V之前,放电量变化较快。电压越接近0.7~0.8 V,电池利用越充分。然而,现有低功耗设备的截止电压较高,仅能利用电池容量的15%~30%。为了实现电池容量的充分利用,需要降低设备的截止电压或改变电池的连接方式。Recent researches on discharge characteristics of alkaline batteries neglect the operating current range of low-power devices. Based on this situation,discharge characteristics of alkaline batteries with low currents were studied by experiments. It is shown that there is notable difference between the characteristics of low current discharge and that of high current discharge. The voltagetime curve of low current discharge varies slowly,but the voltage fluctuates greatly. This suggests that the relaxation effect occurs not only when discharge stops,but also during the discharge process.Before voltage goes into 0. 7 ~ 0. 8 V interval,discharged quantity of electricity changes rapidly. The closer the voltage is to 0. 7 ~ 0. 8 V interval,the more efficient the battery is utilized. However,the cut-off voltage of existing low power devices is a little high and only 15% ~ 30% of the battery capacity can be consumed. Therefore,to make full use of the battery capacity,it is necessary to reduce the cut-off voltage of devices or change the connection mode of batteries.
