八珍汤加减辅助治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究在重组人干扰素α2b泡腾胶囊治疗基础上,辅以八珍汤加减治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月妇科门诊收治的226例宫颈HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组113例。对照组患者采用重组人干扰素α2b泡腾胶囊治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用八珍汤加减辅助治疗。观察两组患者治疗3个月后的临床疗效,比较两组患者各HPV亚型的治疗总有效率,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价两组患者治疗前、治疗后3个月及6个月的焦虑状态,比较两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组16型及其他型HPV的治疗有效率显著增加(P<0.05);与本组治疗前比较,治疗6个月后两组SAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,研究组治疗3个月及6个月SAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在重组人干扰素α2b泡腾胶囊治疗基础上,辅以八珍汤加减治疗能够显著提高HPV感染的临床治疗效果,增加16型及其他型HPV的转阴率,并可缓解患者的焦虑状态,增加患者的治疗依从性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Bazhen Decotion in adjuvant treatment of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 226 cases of patients with cervical HPV infection and who treated in our hospital of Gynecologic outpatient clinic from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,113 cases in each group.The control group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b effervescent capsule,while the study group were treated with modified Bazhen Decotion on the basis of treatment in the control group.Then,the clinical effects after treatment for 3 months of two groups of patients were observed,the effective rates of HPV subtypes of two groups of patients were compared,and the anxiety level of two groups of patients before treatment,after treatment for 3 months and 6 months were evaluated by the Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 81.42%,and the total effective rate in the study group was(92.04%,104/113),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rate of type 16 and other HPV in the study group were increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the SAS scores of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SAS score in the study group after the treatment for 3 months and 6 months was significantly reduced(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction found between two groups.Conclusions The Modified Bazhen Decotion which can significantly improve the clinical effect of HPV infection,increase the negative rate of type 16 and other HPV,and alleviate the anxiety state of patients.
