摘　　要：“一带一路”建设中,基础设施互联互通是重要一环,为水泥、陶瓷、玻璃等企业发展带来新机遇,但也对人才的素质和知识结构提出了新要求,必须对传统专业进行改造,培养学生应用创新能力,拓展包括外语、经营管理、沟通交流等国际化技能,为中国建材企业建设“一带一路”培养高素质人才。Interoperability of infrastructure is an important part in construction of"the Belt and Road",providing not only opportunities for the development of enterprises such as cement,ceramic and glass,but also new requirements for the quality of talents and the structure of knowledge.So the traditional major must be reformed,which means to cultivate students'ability to apply innovation and expand international skills including foreign language operation and management communication,and to cultivate high-quality talents in construction of"the Belt and Road"for the building materials enterprises of China.
