地方院校公共体育选项课开展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、访谈调查、数理统计分析、文献资料等研究方法,对地方院校公共体育选项课的开展现状进行研究,结果表明:1.地方院校公共体育选项课的教学组织形式深受学生喜欢;2.学生参加体育锻炼的积极性和热情受学校体育场地和器材不足的影响;3.地方院校公共体育选项课的教学内容安排不够合理;4.地方院校学生在选项时存在很大的盲目性,且选项态度不太认真。Through questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,literature,this paper studies the current situation of the optional courses of Public Physical Education in local colleges and universities.The results show that:1.the teaching organization of the optional courses of Public Physical Education in local colleges and universities is popular with students.2.The lack of sports venues and equipment in schools affects the positivity and enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise.3.the arrangement of the teaching content of the optional courses of Public Physical Education in local colleges and universities is not reasonable.4.local college students have great blindness in the choice,and the attitude of choice is not very serious.
