美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病伴精神行为症状的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨对阿尔茨海默病伴精神行为症状使用美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐的治疗效果.方法 选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的83例阿尔茨海默病伴精神行为症状患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组.研究组42例采用美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对照组41例采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及BEHAVE-AD、QOL-AD、MMSE评分.结果 研究组的治疗效果(95.24%)比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.46,P<0.05),治疗前两组BEHAVE-AD、QOL-AD、MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组BEHAVE-AD比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.26,P<0.05),QOL-AD、MMSE评分比对照组和治疗前均较高(P<0.05).结论 对阿尔茨海默病伴精神行为症状使用美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,有效改善患者认知状态、精神状态以及生命质量,因此可临床推广应用.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of memantine combined with donepezil hydrochloride on Alzheimer's disease(AD)with behavioral and psychological symptoms.Methods 83 patients with AD and behavioral and psychological symptoms admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=42)and a control group(n=41)using the numerical method.The study group was treated with memantine and donepezil hydrochloride,while the control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride.The treatment effect and the rating scale of the behavioral pathology in Alzheimer's disease(BEHAVE-AD),quality of life in Alzheimer's disease(QOL-AD),and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.46,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the BEHAVE-AD,QOL-AD,and MMSE scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BEHAVE-AD in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.26,P<0.05);QOL-AD and MMSE scores were higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of memantine combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of AD and behavioral and psychological symptoms can effectively improve patients'cognitive state,mental state and quality of life.Thus it can be clinically applied.
