摘 要:基于多元线性回归,对注塑机液压系统工具变量与参数检验进行了研究。通过对聚丙烯注塑成型过程的描述,确定了注塑机与模具,分析了注塑工艺参数对制品性能的影响,建立了多元线性回归模型,并运用残差分析、方差分析对回归方程进行检验。结果表明:模具温度、注塑压力与垫片厚度具有强正相关性;残差与垫片厚度具有一定的相关性,观测值与预测值偏差较小;可通过此回归方程对注塑成型过程进行控制、预测,得到最佳预测厚度为1.98597 mm,与其相匹配的注塑压力和模具温度分别为95 MPa,55℃。The research to the tool variables and parameter testing of hydraulic system in injection molding machine were carried out via multivariate linear regression.The injection molding machine and mold were determined by the description of the injection molding process.The influence of the parameters of injection molding process on the performance of the molded products was analyzed to establish a multivariate linear regression model,and the regression equation was tested by residual analysis and variance analysis.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between mold temperature,injection pressure and gasket thickness respectively.It is found that there is a certain correlation between residual and gasket thickness,and the deviation between the observed and the predicted values is small.The optimal predicted thickness obtained by the regression equation which is used to control and predict the injection molding process is 1.98597 mm,and the matching injection pressure and mold temperature are 95 MPa and 55℃respectively.
