摘　　要：对CO2激光喷码机进行研究,对其在使用中遇到的典型问题进行分析并找出故障的原因,制定切实可行的解决措施。对CO2激光喷码机扩束镜固定机构的设计、安装调试中配套护栏的选择,设备使用中常见故障的分析与解决等具有借鉴意义。This paper studies the CO2 laser code jet machine,analyzes the typical problems encountered in its use,finds out the causes of the failures,and formulates practical solutions.It can be used for reference in the design,installation and debugging of the beam expander fixed mechanism of CO2 laser tube code spraying machine,the selection of supporting guardrails,and the analysis and solution of common faults in the use of the equipment.
