摘  要:为研发一种榛蘑多糖保健颗粒冲剂,运用传统的热水浸提法提取榛蘑中的多糖。以减压浓缩,得到榛蘑多糖浸膏。应用挤压造粒法对混合的软材进行造粒,设定60℃为颗粒软材的干燥温度。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,考察各种辅料的加入对榛蘑多糖颗粒冲剂的风味和复溶性效果的影响,从而确定颗粒制剂的最佳配方。结果,可溶性淀粉20%、β-环状糊精30%、柠檬酸0.1%、甜蜜素3%,即主辅料比约接近1∶1为最佳配方。榛蘑多糖颗粒冲剂在该工艺下,成型条件简单、重复性好、有效成分稳定。在此配比下研制出的榛蘑多糖冲剂口感好、溶解快。To develop a health polysaccharide granule,polysaccharide was extracted from Armillariella mellea by hot water.The extracts obtained were concentrated by reduced pressure.The drying temperature of wet particle was 60益.In order to optimize the best formula,the single-factor test and orthogonal test of various factors were carried out to investigate the flavor and the complex effect of dissolving of the Arimillaria mellea polysaccharide granules.The result showed that the optimal formulation was 20%starch,30%dextrin,0.1%citric acid,and 3%sodium cyclamate.The granules prepared under this condition were excellent with good taste and fast dissolution.
