就业视域下的保险实务专业实训课程改革研究

摘　　要：高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养就是为现代企业培养应用型高级技术人才。通过课程教学改革,尤其通过加强实训课程教学改革,科学有效地提高学生实践能力,培养现代企业需要的应用型高级技术人才。保险实务专业是实践较强的专业,传统的实训课程内容不适合现代保险实务专业学生的发展需要,必须根据学生职业岗位能力的需求,对保险实务专业实训课程进行改革,以提高学生实践能力。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,and its personnel training is to train application-oriented senior technical personnel for modern enterprises.Through the course teaching reform,it is particularly necessary to strengthen the practical training course teaching reform,to improve the students’practical ability scientifically and effectively,and train the application-oriented senior technical talents needed by modern enterprises.The major of insurance practice is a kind of major with strong practice.The content of traditional training course is not suitable for the development of modern insurance practice major students.The training course of insurance practice major must be reformed according to the needs of students’professional post ability to improve students’practical ability.
