摘　　要：目的:分析酶动力蛋白2(Dynamin-2)在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达意义。方法:选择我院2014-01~2018-01经病理组织确诊的299例食管癌患者为研究对象,采集其组织标本及47例癌旁正常食管组织标本,均经免疫组织化学染色法检测其Dynamin-2表达。根据染色结果,参照Dynamin-2表达,将患者分为高表达组与低表达组。对比食管癌组织标本与癌旁正常组织标本Dynamin-2高表达检出率,以及对比两组相关病理参数值,分析患者的生存时间,经Cox多因素分析影响预后的独立因子。结果:299例患者中检出Dynamin-2高表达105例,检出率为35.10%,高于47例癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与低表达组比较,高表达组TNM分期Ⅲ期以上占比高,淋巴结转移率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高表达组生存时间短于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Cox多因素回归模型显示,Dynamin-2并不是食管癌预后独立评价因子(P>0.05),肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤分化程度可能是食管鳞状癌患者预后危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:食管鳞状细胞癌患者Dynamin-2较癌旁正常组织呈高表达,用于预测患者生存时间有一定应用价值,但并不能直接作为患者预后独立危险因子,患者预后还与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移状态等因素有关。Objective:To analyze the significance of Dynamin-2 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:A total of 299 patients with esophageal cancer were selected,and tissue samples and 47 tissue specimens of normal esophagus adjacent to cancer diagnosed by pathology from January 2014 to January 2018 were collected.The Dynamin-2 expression of all patients were detected by immunohistochemical staining.According to the staining results,the patients were divided into high expression group and low expression group with reference to Dynamin-2 expression.The detection rate of high expression of Dynamin-2 in esophageal cancer tissue specimens and normal tissue specimens was compared.The pathological parameters of two groups were compared.The survival time of patients with different Dynamin-2 expression was analyzed by survival function.The possible prognostic independent factors were verified by Cox multivariate analysis.Results:A total of 105 cases of high expression of Dynamin-2 were detected in all patients,and the detection rate was 35.12%,which was higher than that of 47 cases of normal tissues adjacent to cancer.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with lower expression group,the ratio of TNM stage which is more than stageⅢin high expression group was higher,and the rate of lymph node metastasis in high expression group was higher(P<0.05).The survival time in high Dynamin-2 expression group was shorter than that in low expression group(P<0.05).Cox risk regression model showed that Dynamin-2 was not the independent evaluation factor for esophageal cancer(P>0.05).The TNM stage of tumor,status of lymph node metastasis and degree of tumor differentiation may be the prognostic risk factors of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamin-2 in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is highly expressed compared with normal tissues adjacent to the cancer.It is useful for predicting the survival time of patients,but it cannot be directly used as an in
