不同镍钛器械对长椭圆形根管清理能力的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较不同镍钛器械对长椭圆形根管的清理能力。方法:选取2019-04~06于我院拔除的单根管前磨牙40颗,按随机数字表法分为Protaper组(P组)、Reciproc组(R组)、Protaper Next组(PTN组)和对照组,每组10颗牙。Vitapex根管糊剂作为根管阻射充填物,分别用相应器械进行根管预备,拍摄各组术前及术后X线片。采用单因素方差分析和Tukey检验分析根冠1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3的充填物面积减少的百分比。结果:R组和PTN组在根中1/3、根尖1/3的清除效果均明显优于P组;3种器械在根尖1/3去除充填物百分比均小于根冠1/3、根中1/3。结论:在长椭圆形根管预备中,Protaper Next和Reciproc分别在根尖、根中的清理效果较好,值得临床应用。Objective:To compare the cleaning ability of different nickel-titanium instruments in the long-oval root canals.Methods:Forty single premolars from April 2019 to June in our hospital were randomly divided into group Protaper(group P),group Reciproc(group R),group Protaper Next(group PTN)and control group according to the random number table method,ten teeth of each group.Vitapex was used as the root canal anti-reflective filling,and root canal preparation was performed with the corresponding instruments.The X-ray films were taken before and after surgery.One-way analysis of variance and Tukey test were used to analyze the percentage reduction of filling area in root crown 1/3,root 1/3,and root tip 1/3.Results:Group R and group PTN were significantly better than group P in the root 1/3 and root tip 1/3,respectively.The percentage of fillers removed by the three systems at the root tip 1/3 was smaller than that of the root crown 1/3 and root 1/3.Conclusion:In the preparation of long-oral root canal,Protaper Next and Reciproc have better cleaning effect in root tip and root respectively,and have great clinical application advantages.
