摘　　要：科学研究本身、科学建制及政策和研究文化,都处于发展变化之中。当前,日趋激烈的竞争和不断增加的期望正在推动大学、科研机构、资助机构和出版商的角色、职能及互动关系发生深远的变化。为此,文章在回顾科学与政府关系的演变的基础上,分析了当前科学组织化、学科融合、科学的开放性、科学的社会影响等变化,并获得相应的启示,以期为加快建设世界科技强国提供管窥之见。Scientific research itself,scientific organization system,policy and research culture are all developing and changing.Increasing competition and rising expectations are driving profound change in the roles,functions,and interactions of universities,research institutions,funding agencies,and publishers.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of the relationship between science and government,this study analyzes the changes of the current scientific organization,the integration of disciplines,the openness of science,and the social influence of science,and puts forward the corresponding enlightenment.
