氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液治疗无先兆型偏头痛回顾性分析129例

摘　　要：目的:探讨氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液对无先兆型偏头痛患者临床症状的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年4月收治无先兆型偏头痛患者129例,均给予氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液治疗,比较干预前后相关指标。结果:给予氢溴酸樟柳碱注射剂后,平均起效时间为(31.08±17.85)min;98.45%的患者疼痛明显减轻,95.35%患者疼痛频次明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。首次用药后,24.81%患者无疼痛,疼痛评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次用药后43.87%患者无疼痛,疼痛评分仅(0.76±1.01)分;87.67%医生评价氢溴酸樟柳碱注射剂疗效好,未见不良反应。结论:氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液能相对安全有效地治疗无先兆型偏头痛,有助于改善临床症状。Objective:To explore the effect of anisodine hydrobromide injection on the clinical symptoms of migraine patients without aura.Methods:From June 2017 to April 2018,129 patients with migraine without aura were selected,all patients were treated with anisodine hydrobromide injection,and the related indexes before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the administration of anisodine hydrobromide injection,the average onset time was(31.08±17.85)min.98.45% of the patients had significant pain relief,95.35% of the patients had significantly lower pain frequency than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the first treatment,24.81% of the patients had no pain,and the pain score was significantly lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).43.87% of the patients had no pain after the last administration,and the pain score was only(0.76±1.01).87.67% of doctors evaluated the efficacy of anisodine hydrobromide injection as good without any adverse reactions.Conclusion:Anisodine hydrobromide injection is relatively safe and effective in the treatment of migraine without aura,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms.
