摘　　要：目的:分析高压氧对直肠癌患者免疫功能以及肿瘤生长的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治直肠癌患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。两组患者均行常规Miles手术治疗;对照组术后给予常规营养支持及伤口换药处理;观察组在常规营养支持及伤口换药处理基础上给予高压氧治疗。比较两组免疫因子变化情况及肿瘤复发率。结果:观察组治疗后IL-2、IL-4、INF-Y等免疫因子水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月肿瘤复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予直肠癌患者高压氧治疗,可有效增强细胞免疫功能,加快疾病的康复进程,并能有效降低肿瘤复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on immune function and tumor growth in patients with rectal cancer.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,86 rectal cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with43 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with Miles operation.After operation,the control group was given routine nutritional support and dressing change.The observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of routine nutritional support and wound dressing change.We compared the changes of immune factors and tumor recurrence rate between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-4,INF-Y and other immune factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the recurrence rate at 6 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for rectal cancer patients can effectively enhance the cellular immune function,accelerate the recovery process of the disease,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor.
