摘  要:热控材料与结构是航天热控系统的重要组成部分,直接关系到所承载的电子元器件的可靠性和安全性,进而决定其工作状态和使用寿命。电子元器件在服役过程中产生的热量会导致热控问题,而工程中航天热控系统的设计大多数停留在热管与蜂窝集成上。近年来陆续发展了智能热控材料、高导热复合材料、隔/防热材料、被动热控结构、主动热控结构、智能热控结构等一些关于热控材料和热控结构的新概念。在此基础上,本文将与热控有关的最新研究成果进行总结和分析,展望了航天多功能热控材料与结构的发展方向。Thermal control materials and structures, which relate to the reliability and safety of electronic parts and components and then decide its work state and lifetime, are one of the most key techniques in design and manufacture of thermal control system. The heat which was produced during the work time will lead to thermal control system of spacecraft’s becoming worse and worse, thermal control materials and structures are playing more and more important role in spacecraft’s safety. The most popular design which used in engineering is still staying on honeycomb with integral heat pipes. Recently, several new concepts of thermal control materials and structures including intelligent thermal control materials, high thermal conductivity composites, thermal insulation materials, active thermal control structures, passive thermal control structures and independent thermal control structures have been developed. Based on current progress of research and application of thermal control materials and structures, the trendency for future research was also discussed.
