摘 要:针对热镀锌普通环保钝化板不能满足华南高湿环境的应用要求,开展了不同表面涂层的热镀锌板在南风天的交变湿热和高温高湿环境下的适应性,并对涂层表面微观形貌和水接触角进行分析,确定了提高表面处理涂层的封闭性可显著改善热镀锌板的高湿环境适应性,找到了一种适用于高湿环境使用的热镀锌自润滑涂层。通过微观形貌和中红外光谱分析,探索了该自润滑涂层的膜层结构,诠释了它高湿环境适应性良好的原因。实际应用表明,该热镀锌自润滑板在华南地区使用情况良好。To meet the requirement for application in high-humidity environment in the south of China where common environmentally friendly passivated hot-dip galvanized steel sheets were failed,the adaptability of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with different surface coatings under alternating humidity as well as high temperature and humidity in South China was studied.The surface micromorphologies of the coatings and their contact angle to water were analyzed.It was determined that the high-humidity resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets could be greatly improved by enhancing their compactness.A self-lubricating coating suitable to be used in high-humidity environment was found out.The structure of the self-lubricating coating was examined,and why it had good adaptability to high-humidity environment were explained based on the analyses of its micromorphology and mid-infrared spectrum.The practical application showed that the hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with self-lubricating coatings are feasible in the south of China.
