从时空维度推进高校新时代中国特色社会主义文化自信教育

摘　　要：习近平总书记在中共十九大报告中指出:"发展中国特色社会主义文化,就是以马克思主义为指导,坚守中华文化立场,立足当代中国现实,结合当今时代条件,发展面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的,民族的科学的大众的社会主义文化,推动社会主义精神文明和物质文明协调发展。要坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务,坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣,坚持创造性转化、创新性发展,不断铸就中华文化新辉煌。"这一论断从时间和空间的维度深化了我党对新时代中国特色社会主义文化的认识。在时间维度上,发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化要处理好中华文化的过去、现在和未来的关系;在空间维度上,发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化要处理好文化自身发展和向外辐射发展的关系。新时代高校中国特色社会主义文化自信教育应充分把握时代机遇,抓住"双一流"高校建设的有利时机,从时间和空间的维度推进高校新时代中国特色社会主义文化自信教育,全面深化广大青年学生对新时代中国特色社会主义文化的认同,树立文化自信,培养时代担当,主动承担中华文化传承发展的历史使命,奋发有为地投身新时代中国特色社会主义建设,为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量。In the report at 19th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping pointed out“: To develop socialistculture with Chinese characteristics, we must follow the guidance of Marxism, base our efforts on Chineseculture, and take into account the realities of contemporary China and the conditions of the present era. Weshould ensure that this culture serves the people and serves socialism. We should follow the principle ofletting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend, and encourage creativetransformation and development, so as to add new luster to Chinese culture.”This thesis deepens our Party’sunderstanding of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the dimensions of time andspace. From the time dimension, to develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era, weneed to deal with the relationship between the past, the present and the future of Chinese culture;from thespace dimension, to develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we need to deal withthe relationship between the development of culture itself and the outward radiation. We should fully grasp theopportunity of the times, seize the favorable opportunity of the construction of “double first-class”collegesand universities to promote the education of confidence in socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in thenew era from both dimensions.We should comprehensively deepen the recognition of the socialist culture withChinese characteristics in the new era among the vast young students, urging them to establish cultural selfconfidence,take on the historical mission of inheriting and developing Chinese culture, devote to theconstruction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and contribute to the great rejuvenationof Chinese nation.
