摘　　要：大数据时代对教师专业素养和能力提出了更高的要求。教师远程培训平台是提高教师素养的有效学习途径,可以根据学员、教师、管理员三个层面的实际需求,设计教师远程培训平台各项功能。建立教师远程培训平台功能的模块划分和构架系统模型,使平台的设计效果达到学员的体验感与管理员的操作便捷性并重。平台已经通过了系统的测试过程,结果表明该平台可切实提高教师远程培训的效率和效果。The era of big data puts forward higher requirements for teachers’professional quality and ability.Remote teacher training platform is an effective learning way to improve teachers’quality.The functions of the platform can be specially designed based on the practical needs of students,teachers and administrators.The module division and framework system model of the platform functions can guarantee both the better experience of students and the operation convenience of administrators.The platform has already passed the testing process and been proved to effectively improve the efficiency and effect of teacher distance training.
