摘  要:建立了一种利用全自动消解仪处理样品,石墨炉原子吸收测定鸡肫中Cr含量的方法。试验结果表明,该方法线性相关系数为0.9987,方法检出限符合国标Cr的要求,Cr元素回收率为102.98%,相对标准偏差为1.98%。全自动消解—原子吸收光谱法快捷简单,具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于鸡肫样品中Cr的测定。A method for determination of Cr in chicken gizzard by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9987,the detection limit of the method conformed to the requirements of national standard Cr,the Cr element recovery rate was 102.98%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.98%.Automatic digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry is a fast and simple method with good accuracy and precision,it is suitable for the determination of Cr in chicken gizzard samples.
