摘  要:研究了不同根系处理、不同贮藏时间对互叶醉鱼草设施贮藏过程中苗木失水率、成活率的影响。结果表明,不同根系保水介质处理下的贮藏苗木失水率随着贮藏时间的增加呈上升趋势,成活率随着贮藏时间的增加呈下降趋势,在设施低温1~3℃、高湿90%~95%贮藏条件下,可有效降低互叶醉鱼草种苗失水率,提高苗木商品性,并延长裸根造林时间30~40 d,苗木成活率可提高20%~30%,冬季贮藏优于春季贮藏。In this paper,effects of different root treatments and different storage time on driage and survival rate of Buddleja alternifolia Maxim seedlings during the storage were studied.The results indicated that under different root water holding measures,driage of storage seedlings rose with the increase of storage time,the survival rate declined with the increase of storage time.The condition that 1-3℃ temperature and 90%-95% humidity could effectively reduce driage,improve the commodity,and extend bare-root afforestation time 30-40 d.The survival rate of the seedling can increase 20%-30%.The sedling storage in winter was better than that in spring.
