摘 要:西部铁路路网建设日趋成熟,建设标准逐步提高,作为路网的重要组成,青藏线格拉段进行适时的提速改造显得尤为必要。为此,结合格拉段的线路实际工况,采用SIMPACK多体动力学仿真软件,构建列车-线路参数一体化模型,运用有限元软件ABAQUS构建轨道结构模型,进行车-路系统动力学仿真分析。以脱轨系数、轮重减载率以及车辆垂向加速度等作为评价指标,通过叠加青藏铁路轨道不平顺界限谱分析现有线路最大提速空间。利用增加曲线半径以及延长缓和曲线长度的方法分别进行列车提速效果分析。研究表明,在叠加轨道不平顺条件下,格拉段现有线路提速在800 m曲线地段可以达到109 km/h,实现120 km/h的提速要求需要1000 m及其以上半径或将外轨超高设置在100 mm及其以上。The construction of railway network in the western region is becoming more and more mature,and the construction standards are gradually improved.As an important component of the road network,it is particularly necessary to carry out timely speed-up transformation of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.To this end,combined with the actual working conditions of the Gela section,a vehicle-road system dynamics simulation analysis was carried out by SIMPACK and ABAQUS.SIMPACK,the multi-body dynamics simulation software,wasused to construct the train-line parameter integration model.ABAQUS,the finite element software,wasused to construct the track structure model.The derailment coefficient,the reduction rate of wheel road and the vertical acceleration of the vehicle were used as evaluation indicators.The maximum speed-up space of the existing line was analyzed by adding the track irregularity boundary PSDs of Qinghai-Tibet Railway.The train speed-increasing effect analysis was carried out by increasing the curve radius and extending the length of the mitigation curve.The research shows that under the condition of adding track irregularity,the existing line speed in the Gera section can reach 109 km/h in the 800 m curve section.Moreover,the speed of 120 km/h requires a radius of 1000 m or more or the superelevation of 100 mm or more.
