穴位埋线联合质子泵抑制剂对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的安全性及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的研究穴位埋线联合质子泵抑制剂对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的安全性并予以分析。方法纳入2016年1月至2018年12月收治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者200例进行研究,将其以随机数字表法随机等分成观察组和对照组。对照组实施奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗,观察组则在奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗的基础上联合穴位埋线治疗。比较2组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、血清胃泌素(GAS)水平。结果2组在症状改善总有效率方面对比,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在胃镜检查总有效率方面比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组恶心呕吐、腹泻、食欲不振、肝功能异常发生率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组及对照组的血清GAS水平相较于治疗前均有所改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组随访6、12个月的复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线与质子泵抑制剂联合应用于慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者中的疗效较为理想,且安全性较高,可显著改善血清GAS水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of acupoint catgut embedding combined with proton pump inhibitors in treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods Two hundred patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random digital table method,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by oral omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by acupoint catgut embedding.The therapeutic effects,the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of serum gastrin levels(GAS)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of symptom improvement in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscopy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,loss of appetite and abnormal liver function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the serum levels of GAS were improved in both groups,moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the relapse rates at 6m and 12m after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding combined with proton pump inhibitors in treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis can obtain better therapeutic effects,which can significantly improve the serum levels of GAS of patients,with higher safety,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
