蒲参胶囊对偏头痛患者疗效及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨蒲参胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效和不良反应,为临床偏头痛治疗提供理论依据。方法偏头痛患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例;在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予三七通舒胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用蒲参胶囊进行治疗,观察2组偏头痛综合评分、治疗效果、血管活性物质[内皮素(ET)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平、脑血流动力学[颈内动脉(ICA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、两侧椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)]及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗结束后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗1个月及停药1个月后的头痛综合积分显著低于同组治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后观察组ET、5-HT、NF-κB、CGRP、ICA、ACA、VA、BA水平优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲参胶囊治疗偏头痛效果显著,不良反应少,临床可推广使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of Pushen capsule in treatment of migraine,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 60 patients with migraine who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group,on the basis of conventional therapy,were treated by Sanqitongshu capsule,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of conventional therapy,were treated by Pushen capsule.The migraine score,curative effects,the changes of vasoactive substances including ET,5-HT,NF-κB,CGRP,and cerebral hemodynamics indexes including ICA,ACA,VA,BA,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the total effective rates in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(100%vs 86.67%,P<0.01).The headache composite scores at 1 month after treatment and at 1 month after stopping medication in both groups group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.051),moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the levels of ET,5-HT,NF-κB,CGRP,ICA,ACA,VA,BA in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).However there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pushen capsule in treatment of migraine can obtain significant therapeutic effects,with fewer adverse reactions,thus,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
