摘　　要：中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(neutrophil elastase,NE)是中性粒细胞分泌的主要丝氨酸蛋白酶之一,其可通过对细胞因子水解活化、细胞受体的加工等方式,参与慢性炎症性疾病如动脉粥样硬化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺囊肿性纤维症等疾病的发生发展。本文主要综述了NE的生物学功能、近年来NE在慢性肺部疾病中的最新作用机制以及NE可能参与的其他相关疾病,期望为相关疾病的防治提供新的思路。Neutrophil elastase(NE)is one of the major serine proteases secreted by neutrophils,which can participate in the pathogenesis and development of chronic inflammatory diseases including atherosclerosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,lung cyst fibrosis through cytokine hydrolysis and activation of cell receptors.This article reviews the biological functions of NE,the latest mechanism of NE in chronic lung disease in recent years,and other related diseases in which NE may be involved.It is expected to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
