摘  要:介绍燃气表机械计数器对燃气表的重要性,解读国家标准对其耐久性的具体要求。燃气表机械计数器耐久性传统测试方法以动力系统驱动计数器进行测试为主,测试方法主要为恒定流量法,存在耗时长等不足。提出了两种燃气表机械计数器耐久性测试方法:提高传动比测试法和高速仿真测试法。提高传动比测试法在不改变动力系统结构的条件下,通过提高传动系统的传动比实现快速测试,具有转速高、耗时短等优点。高速仿真测试法以微型电动机为仿真动力系统代替原有动力系统,通过提高仿真动力系统的转速,显著提高测试速度,缩短测试时间,能够快速实现开发设计过程所需要的验证测试。The importance of the gas meter mechanical counter to the gas meter is introduced,and the specific requirements of the relevant national standards for its durability are interpreted.The traditional test method of gas meter mechanical counter durability is mainly based on the power system driving counter.The test method is mainly the constant flow method,which has disadvantages such as long time consumption.Two types of test methods for durability of gas meter mechanical counter are proposed:improved transmission ratio test method and high-speed simulation test method.Without changing the structure of the power system,the improved transmission ratio test method realizes rapid testing by increasing the transmission ratio of the transmission system.It has the advantages of high rotational speed and short time consumption.The high-speed simulation test method takes the micro motor as the simulation power system instead of the original power system.By increasing the rotational speed of the simulated power system,the test speed is significantly increased,and the test time is shortened,which can quickly realize the verification test needed in the development and design process.
