摘  要:随着风电行业的快速发展,风电轴承的质量越来越被重视,目前大多数风电增速齿轮箱使用进口轴承,而轴承工作表面的波纹度是评定风电轴承质量的重要指标。通过控制滚道终磨工序的砂轮、加工参数,酸洗工序酸的浓度以及超精工序的油石厚度和压力,使风电轴承滚道波纹度满足高端客户的需求,最终达到国产轴承替代进口轴承的目的。With rapid development of wind turbine industry,the quality of wind turbine bearings gets more and more attention.At present,most of wind turbine speed-up gearboxes use imported bearings,and the waviness of bearing working surface is an important indicator in evaluating quality of wind turbine bearings.By controlling grinding wheel and processing parameters during final grinding process of raceway,concentration of acid during pickling process,thickness and pressure of oilstone during superfinishing process,the raceway waviness of domestic wind turbine bearings meets needs of high-end customers,ultimately to replace imported bearings.
