FHIT蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白、p53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其与幽门螺旋杆菌感染的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨脆性组胺三联体(FHIT)蛋白、B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)蛋白、p53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法选取80例胃癌患者作为研究对象,取其胃癌组织作为胃癌组,根据Hp检测结果将其分别列入感染组(68例)以及未感染组(12例);另各取80例患者健康癌旁组织作为健康组。分别对感染组、未感染组、健康组的FHIT蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白、p53蛋白的表达水平进行检测并比较;同时对胃癌组织发生Hp感染进行Logistic多因素回归分析。结果胃癌组血清中FHIT蛋白表达水平显著低于健康组,Bcl-2蛋白、p53蛋白表达水平显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。感染组FHIT蛋白表达水平明显低于未感染组,Bcl-2蛋白、p53蛋白表达水平明显高于未感染组(P<0.05)。经多元回归分析,FHIT蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白、p53表达量均与胃癌组织Hp感染有关,是胃癌组织发生Hp的独立危险因素。结论胃癌组织中FHIT蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白、p53蛋白表达可出现异常,且其表达量均与胃癌组织Hp感染有关,是胃癌组织发生Hp的独立危险因素,在临床诊断与治疗过程中应当予以重视。Objective To analyze the expression levels of fragile histamine triad(FHIT)protein,B cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)protein and p53 protein in patients with gastric cancer and their correlation with helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the research object,and their gastric cancer tissues were taken as the gastric cancer group.According to Hp test results,they were respectively included into the infected group(68 cases)and the uninfected group(12 cases),and 80 healthy adjacent tissues of patients were taken as the healthy groups.The expression levels of FHIT protein,Bcl-2 protein and p53 protein in the infected group,the uninfected group and the healthy group were detected and compared respectively.At the same time,the Hp infection in gastric cancer tissues was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The expression level of serum FHIT protein in the gastric cancer group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group,and the expression levels of Bcl-2 protein and p53 protein were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The expression level of FHIT protein in the infected group was significantly lower than that in the uninfected group,and the expression levels of Bcl-2 protein and p53 protein were significantly higher than those in the uninfected group(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that the expressions levels of FHIT protein,Bcl-2 protein and p53 were all related to Hp infection in gastric cancer tissues,and were independent risk factors for Hp occurrence in gastric cancer tissues.Conclusion Abnormal expression of FHIT protein,Bcl-2 protein and p53 protein can occur in gastric cancer tissue,and their expression levels are all related to Hp infection in gastric cancer tissue,which is an independent risk factor for Hp occurrence in gastric cancer tissue,and should be paid attention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
