摘  要:中国特色社会主义法治体系建设对法律类研究生的理论素质和专业技能提出了更高要求。校外导师在法律硕士培养中发挥了重要职能,但近年来法律类学生培养同质化现象突出、法学院校与实务部门合作不充分、校内外导师沟通不畅以及考核评价体系不完整等限制了法律硕士高层次复合型人才培养,从特色培养、多元合作、教学创新和评估考核等多方面优化法律硕士校外导师培养路径,不仅能为法律硕士培养的法律院校课程改革提供现实参考,也能为面临同样培养困境的其他学科人才培养提供现实借鉴。The construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics places higher requirements on the theoretical quality and professional skills of law graduate students.Off-campus tutors have played an important role in the training of masters of law,but in recent years,the homogeneity of legal student training has become prominent,inadequate cooperation between law schools and practical departments,poor communication between tutors inside and outside the school,and incomplete assessment systems.The training of high-level comprehensive talents of Master of Laws,optimizing the training of masters of law outside the school from various aspects such as characteristic training,multi-disciplinary co⁃operation,teaching innovation and assessment,can not only provide a realistic reference for the curriculum reform of law schools trained by masters of law,It provides practical reference for the cultivation of talents in other disciplines facing the same training difficulties.
