摘　　要：《美国公众膳食指南》是美国指导公众营养健康研究的纲领性文件,代表了联邦政府对营养科学研究的组织管理框架,也决定了一定时期美国营养科学研发的政策走向和重点。本文结合美国现行营养科学体系的形成、典型做法和经验,分析了美国当前营养科学研究的组织机制、政策走向,以及未来优先发展方向。The Dietary Guidelines for Americans(DGAs)is a programmatic document for the US federal government to guide public nutrition and health research.It represents the federal government’s management framework for nutrition research,and determines the direction and focus of the US nutrition and health S&T research.By introducing the formation,typical practices and successful experience of the current US nutrition research system,this paper mainly analyzes the mechanism,policy direction and trend of the US national nutrition research.
