摘　　要：文化强国,文化兴军,新时代新形势下,开展军队现代远程教育必须加强文化建设。要把握军队现代远程教育的特点,以精神文化、制度文化和行为文化建设为核心,通过军委总部宏观指导、院校和部队中观把握、教学主体微观落实的多维建设途径,形成具有我军特色的军队现代远程教育文化体系,以文化自觉引领我们履行使命,为实现建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的战略目标提供人才支撑。Culture builds up a country and its army,and in the new situation,we must strengthen the cultural construction in carrying out the military modern distance education.With the mastery of the army characteristics of modern distance education,and centered on the construction of spiritual culture,system culture and behavioral culture as the core,we should form a modernized distance educational cultural system characterized by our army through a multi-dimensional construction approach by means of the macro-instruction by the headquarters of CMC,controlled by colleges and forces at the intermediate level,and actual implementation by the teaching bodies.Under the guidance of our cultural self-consciousness,we should fulfill our mission,providing talent support for the strategic goal of building an information-based army and winning an information-based war.
