摘 要:针对移动式架车机结构设计存在冗余的问题,首先以某移动式架车机部分构件的板厚与结构尺寸为输入设计参数,以刚度、强度与结构自重为输出响应,利用ISIGHT软件中的最优拉丁超立方试验设计方法进行灵敏度分析得到最终设计变量。其次通过ANSYS与ISIGHT软件,构建响应面近似模型,以移动式架车机刚度与强度为约束条件,结构自重最轻为优化目标,选用多岛遗传算法进行全局寻优。仿真结果表明,在满足设计要求的前提下,移动式架车机的优化效果较为明显。在ISIGHT软件上构建的响应面近似模型,取得了较好的优化效果,为移动式架车机的结构改进提供了一定的理论依据。In order to realize the problem of redundancy in the design of the mobile car machine structure, taking the thickness and structural dimensions of each component of the mobile car machine as the input design parameters, the stiffness, strength and structural self-weight as the output response, the final design variables were obtained by sensitivity analysis using the optimal Latin hypercube test design method in ISIGHT software. Then, ANSYS and ISIGHT software were used to construct the response surface approximation model, taking the stiffness and strength of the mobile car machine as constrained, the lightest structure weight as the objective, and the multi-island genetic algorithm was used for global optimization. The simulation results show that under the premise of meeting the design requirements, the optimization of the mobile car machine is obvious. The response surface approximation model built on the ISIGHT software has achieved better optimization results, which provides a theoretical basis for the structural improvement of the mobile car machine.
