摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,实验法对新时代的定义、体育强国的内涵进行的分析,提出了新时代我国高校体育素质教育的新思路:依次从发展战略目标上、发展路径上、发展依靠力量上、发展新高度上等几个方面进行阐述。This paper analyzes the definition of the new era and the connotation of sports power through literature study、logical analysis and experimental research.This paper puts forward a new idea about physical education in colleges in the new era.It elaborates the subject from the objectives the Path、the strength and the new heights of development.
