摘  要:大学生社会适应能力是社会关注的热点问题之一。由于经济、教育、个体等原因的综合影响,大学生情绪智力较低,主要表现在自我认识能力、抗压能力、自我约束及激励能力不强以及自我中心主义色彩明显,以至于不能准确认识、了解并且快速有效地适应社会环境。研究表明,在现有教育、经济环境下,传统的家庭、学校教育理念及模式重视智力教育而忽略最基本的道德、情绪教育,造成大学生综合素质能力不高,是导致大学生社会适应能力较低的主要原因。因此,加强“四位一体”教育是提升高校大学生社会适应能力的正确路径。College students'social adaptability is one of the hot issues of social concern.Due to the combined effects of economy,education,and individual reasons,college students have lower emotional intelligence,mainly in self-recognition,stress-resistance,self-restraint and instinct,and self-centeredness,so that they cannot be accurately understood and understood.And adapt to the social environment quickly and effectively.Studies have shown that in the current education and economic environment,traditional family and school education concepts and models attach importance to intellectual education while ignoring the most basic moral and emotional education,resulting in low comprehensive ability of college students,which leads to lower social adaptability of college students.The main reason.Therefore,strengthening the"four in one"education is the correct way to improve the social adaptability of college students.
