摘　　要：为提升畜牧兽医专业的建设水平,通过查阅文献、问卷调查、专门访谈等方式,对毕节市畜牧兽医专业人才队伍现状及需求进行调研分析,并对畜牧兽医专业教学改革提出建议。结果表明,畜牧兽医行业、企业人员整体素质偏低,未来3年对毕业生需求较大。In order to improve the construction level of animal husbandry and veterinary major,the current situation and demands of animal husbandry and veterinary profession in Bijie city were investigated and analyzed by consulting literature,questionnaire survey and special interview.The results showed that the overall quality of staff in animal husbandry and veterinary industry and enterprises is low,and the demand for graduates in the next three years was great.Accordingly,some suggestions were put forward for the teaching reform of animal husbandry and veterinary major.
