摘　　要：中国自1998年开展网络高等学历教育试点以来,尽管在招生规范、教学质量、保障监管等方面还存在一定问题,但积累了丰富的在线教育经验。当前中国在线教育面临系列发展机遇,如国家政策支持、技术发展推动、社会需求旺盛等。总结在线教育的经验和不足,抓住时代发展机遇,在已有慕课平台的基础上,遵循"审慎试行、严控质量、分步推行、由点到面"的方针,可以分批次、在小范围的试点高校中开展在线硕士教育。Since the launch of the pilot program of network higher education in 1998,although there are still some problems in enrollment,teaching,management,etc.,it has accumulated rich online education experience.At present,online education in China is facing a series of development opportunities,such as national policy support,technological development promotion,and strong social demand.Based on an in-depth summary of previous online education experience,relying on existing MOOCs,and following the guidelines of"prudential trial,strict quality control,step-by-step implementation,and point-to-face development",China can carry out online master’s degree education in more pilot universities.
