建国初期进疆湘女与新疆的发展

摘　　要：建国初期,八千余名湘女在党和国家的号召下远赴新疆,她们通过兴修水利设施和开荒耕地,推动了当地农业生产的大发展;通过在轻工业、重工业和电力工业等岗位上的辛勤努力,促进了新疆的工业化;通过专业培训,成长为科技人员,进而用科技推进了工农业发展;担任教师,普及文化知识,培养人才;结合湘、疆两地文艺,促使新疆文艺走向全国;提升婴儿出生率,自制药剂,发展医疗卫生事业。总之,湘女们的奉献为新疆的发展提供了可持续的动力。In the early days of the founding of the PRC,more than 8000 Hunan women went to Xinjiang under the call of the party and the state.They promoted the great development of agricultural production by building water conservancy facilities and opening up wasteland.They promoted the industrialization of Xinjiang through their efforts in light industry,heavy industry and electric power industry.They grew up to be scientific and technological personnel through professional training,promoted the development of industry and agriculture through science and technology,popularized cultural knowledge and cultivate talents,combined literature and art of Hunan and Xinjiang to promote literature and art of Xinjiang to the whole country,improved the birth rate of infants,self-made drugs and developed medical and health services.The dedication of Hunan women has provided sustainable impetus for the development of Xinjiang.
