摘  要:随着我国社会的发展及综合国力的增强,酒店业作为我国旅游业三大支柱产业之一,对旅游行业及国民经济做出了巨大贡献。而高职院校作为酒店专业群的人才培养基地,其校企合作模式对于专业与行业深度合作有着重要影响,同时有利于学生职业晋升发展,因而在高职院校整体管理中有着极其重要意义。我专业在多年实践调研和反复论证下,开创了“全方位-深层次、多元化-立体型”校企合作模式,经过四年总结和验证,在增强学生就业能力、建设双师型教师队伍、建设创新型实训基地、扩大学校社会影响力、建立“三赢”的校企合作模式上都取得了优异的成绩。Along with the rapid Chinese social development,hospitality industry as one of the three tourism pillar industries has made a significant contribution to the national economy.As the talent training base of the hotel specialty group,the school-enterprise cooperation mode of higher vocational colleges has an important influence on the in-depth cooperation between the major and the industry,and is conducive to the career promotion and development of students.Under many years of practical investigation and repeated argumentation,our major has created the so-called“All-round-Deep level,Diversified-Three-dimensional”School-enterprise Cooperation Mode.After four years of summary and verification,we have made outstanding achievements in enhancing students’employability,building a team of double qualified teachers,building an innovative training base,expanding the school’s social influence,and establishing a school enterprise cooperation mode of“three wins”.
