摘　　要：高校毕业生就业一直是社会关注的热点。通过分析民办本科高校大学生就业指导课程相关情况,剖析就业指导课程中存在的问题,依托"大数据"平台对大学生求职意向、个体需求等问题进行综合分析,根据学生的实际需求将就业课程分类组织,强化实践,采取精细化教学模式,切实提高就业课程的授课效果,提升大学生就业能力,为民办本科院校大学生就业指导课程的教育教学提供新思路和新方法。The employment of college graduates has always been a hot topic of social concern. Based on the analysis of the relevant situation of the employment guidance courses of the private undergraduate college students,the problems existing in the employment guidance courses are analyzed,and the comprehensive analysis of the employment intention and individual needs of the students is carried out on the basis of the "big data"platform. According to the actual needs of the students,the employment courses are classified and organized,the practice is strengthened,and the refined teaching mode is adopted to effectively improve the teaching of the employment courses. The effect is to improve the employment ability of college students,and to provide new ideas and methods for the education and teaching of the employment guidance courses of private colleges and universities.
