基于OBE理念的基础英语课程改革

摘　　要：随着互联网时代和知识经济的到来,英语教育在其价值和定位方面有了新的认识。在这种情况下,国家为了不断促进基础英语课程改革,不断使其满足现代经济社会发展的需要,启动了基础英语课程体系改革的进程。OBE理念是以成果为导向的一种教育理念,符合现代社会发展的需要。因此,将OBE理念运用到基础英语课程改革当中去,能够促进基础英语教育改革更好地实现其改革目标。基于上述理论研究,本文首先从基础英语课程改革和OBE教育理念的内涵着手进行分析,提出基于OBE理念的基础英语课程改革举措。With the advent of Internet age and knowledge economy,English education has gained a new understanding in its value and orientation. The state has started the reform process of the basic English curriculum system. The OBE concept is a kind of educational concept which is result-oriented and meets the needs of the development of modern society. Therefore,the application of the OBE concept to the reform of basic English curriculum can promote the reform of basic English education to better achieve its reform goals. Based on the above theoretical research,this paper first analyzes the connotation of the basic English curriculum reform and the OBE education concept,and then puts forward the basic English curriculum reform measures based on the OBE concept.
