摘　　要：高校实验室是人员、仪器较为密集的场所,安全问题已经引起社会广泛的关注。压力蒸汽灭菌器作为生物实验室常用的高危设备,由于分散使用和管理,存在监管不得力,操作不规范,保养维护不到位,安全责任不明确等问题,具有较大的安全隐患。将灭菌器集中管理使用,建立灭菌室,完善配套设施,制定相应制度,配备专人负责管理;加强使用过程中技术指导和监督,按时维护保养和检测,全面掌握灭菌器性能状况,能够更好地消除灭菌器的不安全因素,是实验室管理上一次有意义的尝试。The laboratory of universities is densely staffed and equipped,and the safety problem has aroused widespread concern in the society.As a high-risk-equipment commonly used in biological laboratory,the steam sterilizer has some problems such as inadequate supervision,irregular operation,inadequate maintenance,lack of safety responsibility,and so on,because of its dispersive use and management,which leads to potential safety hazard.If the sterilization room is set up,the sterilizer is centralized and used,the supporting facilities are improved,the corresponding system is established,a special person in charge of management is designated,technical guidance and supervision during the usage is strengthen,and the equipment is maintained and tested timely,the performance of the sterilizer will be well known and the unsafe factors will be eliminated.Setting up the sterilizing room is a meaningful attempt in laboratory management.
