颞肌筋膜瓣与全厚皮片在眶区肿瘤术后修复的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颞肌筋膜瓣与全厚皮片在眶区肿瘤术后缺损中的应用。方法2017年12月至2019年12月期间,用颞肌筋膜瓣与全厚皮片对6例眶区肿瘤术后大面积缺损的患者进行同期修复。结果随访6~24个月,6例颞肌筋膜瓣及全厚皮片全部成活;患者的张口、吞咽功能无明显障碍,面部外形满意。结论颞肌肌筋膜瓣与全厚皮片是口腔颌面部肿瘤术后软组织缺损的一种修复方式。Objective To investigate the application of temporal myofascial flap and full-thickness skin flap in postoperative defects of orbital region tumor. Methods From December 2017 to December 2019, 6 patients with large-area defects after orbital region tumor surgery were repaired simultaneously with temporal myofascial flaps and full-thickness skin flaps. Results During follow-up of 6 to 24 months, all 6 patients’ flaps were survived. The patients’ mouth opening, swallowing functions were not significantly impaired, and their facial appearance was satisfactory. Conclusions Temporal myofascial flap and full-thickness skin flap is a way to repair soft tissue defects after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery.
