新工科背景下地方高校“双创”人才培养的探索——以艺术设计专业为例

摘　　要：现阶段,高校艺术设计专业的学科属性、人才培养与新工科建设要求的多学科交融性、创新性、跨界性等要求相契合。在此背景下,通过以“立德树人”和三全育人理念来明确人才培养方向,课程教学配合“双创”要求进行革新,拓展培养视域作为完善人才培养的途径展开思辨,以此完善地方高校艺术设计专业“双创型”人才培养体系。s the attributes and talent cultivation of the major of artistic design correspond with the requirements of new engineering education on interdisciplinary integration,innovation and crossover development,an analysis was made of the possible measures to improve talent cultivation such as talent cultivation orientation guided by the principles of“education through morality instruction”and“all-participating,all-process and all-round education”,teaching innovation in accordance with“innovation and entrepreneurship”education and talent cultivation vision broadening,aiming to establish a more prefect“innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented”talent cultivation system for the major in local universities.
