摘  要:目前,中职学校数控专业的教学现状不够理想,仍存在一些问题,比如学生缺乏职业认知、学生的实践能力较差、学生的规范意识不强、理论教学重于实践教学、教师的教学能力不足等。通过分析这些问题存在的原因,提出如下解决对策:培养学生的职业认知;完善教学设备,增加实训时间;增强意识教育;改变教学模式,实施“理实一体化”教学;大力培养“双师型”教师,引进人才。The following strategies were proposed such as developing students'vocational awareness,improving teaching equipment,increasing time of practical training,reinforcing education for senses,reforming teaching modes,implanting the teaching integrating theory and practice,cultivating double-qualified teachers and introducing senior talents as solutions to the problems found in actual NC teaching in secondary vocational schools like students'lack of vocational understanding,weakness in practical operation and standardization,imbalance between theoretical instructions and practical teaching and teachers'incompetency of teaching,etc.on the basis of analysis of the causes of these problems.
